The service
Qelem provides exam preparation content, practice sessions, mock exams, progress tracking, and optional AI tutoring. Content is for educational purposes and does not guarantee exam results.
Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share account credentials or resell access
- Attempt to break, scrape, or reverse engineer the service
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in support messages
- Misuse AI features to generate harmful or unrelated content at scale
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI credits and payments
- AI features may require credits or a paid pass.
- Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Chapa.
- Credits are consumed based on AI usage. Refunds follow our support review process — contact support with your payment reference if something went wrong.
- We may change pricing or packages with reasonable notice in the app.
Content
Questions, lessons, and explanations are owned by Qelem or its licensors. You may use them only for personal study through the app.
Disclaimers
Qelem is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Exam scores depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qelem and Addion Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
